im struggling with Setools, i connect my phone to my usb click read GDFS and nothing happens.

My phone was recently repaired so i guess it's got the latest firmware on it, how can i tell what version of firmware im running? Could this be causing a problem?

Should the phone be in phone or file transfer mode when attached to my PC?
