    Re: Remove SIM-lock patch generator

I'm glad that you succeeded :)
The easiest method to get rid of annoying things is to debrand your phone.
But you can replace(or delete it if you don't want any startup sound) the following file(mp3) on your phone: /tpa/preset/system/settings/STARTUP_SOUND_SEMC.mp3, and problem solved.

You can unlock the V630 unless it is CID53. At the moment there is no free tool to unlock the W910.

I think one day sure, but first we need new programs, that can apply patch to cid53 for free. Before we don`t have this, it`s meaningless.

    Nice day

    Re: Remove SIM-lock patch generator

    Hi all,

ryt, I am tryin to do a few things and wondered if you can help....

I am trying to unlock my w850i using XS++ - from what I have read I beleive it can be done but I don't know how.

I need the correct firmware for the UK and need to know the precise steps to follow in order to unlock the godforsaken handset!! (Can u tell I am getting a tad frustrated!!??)

Also, I would love to add the cool flas themes but even though I have followed the steps using XS++ and added the files, the files are not showing when I log bk into the phone??

Can someon post the software I will ned to flash / unbrand the phone, and then let m know why the flash themes are still not working.

    Many thanks,

    Sid
