I think you made something wrong. Follow this tutorial: How to apply patches with SETool2 Lite V1.11

I've followed it several times, all failed at some stage.
I am going to give up. :o

Don't give up;)
First flash your phone (MAIN, FS, cust pack) with XS++. Do not flash it with SETool2 lite, just patch it following that tutorial. Should work...
