I found a new free tool to unlock an old K800i, but don't know it can work or not, who can help me try it ?

Hello every one, i am sorry and i know that we are in 2016, but beside the (smartphone) i use i needed an old phone for work so i found one that i liked (W850) but it was locked on vodafone UK network and for allmost a week i tried to unlock and fail but today i found this post and succeded, the phone had cid51 Red and with XS++ upgraded to 52 and the DB is 2020, after that i finaly found SeTool lite that worked without smartcard and proceeded to unlock, after i unlocked the phone and booted it showed up a message that sad something is wrong with the network...... but after 10 min o searching i found out that with setool lite you cannot finalize the flashing and the customization is missing so, i opened xs++ and aplied customization and flashed again without firmware and after 10 seconds (8 to put the nano sim card with adapter in the slot) and started the phone it works like a charm. Thank you guys, you are awesome. RESPECT from ROMANIA !!!

Yes, I know that, but if someone has a SETool3 Box, then he/she can unlock a phone without any vkp patch :).

if you plan to develop this tool in the future then make something like a homepage for it, somewhere on a free server or something, so we can track different versions of it.

Maybe Santa Clause will make us a present and will make DB2020 patching free. I triedit on a friend's K310 and it worked. Great tool man!!
