You use setool lite, right. Tried with this combination 2 + 5 to connect.

Why it's not possible to create patches from *.CRY flash files. The original SE tool use this flashes.

It Is Because These Files Are Encypted And Can Be Decypted By The Software Itself Like *.dvt For Davinci, *.wtn For Wotan And Similarly *.cry For SeTool.

im struggling with Setools, i connect my phone to my usb click read GDFS and nothing happens.

My phone was recently repaired so i guess it's got the latest firmware on it, how can i tell what version of firmware im running? Could this be causing a problem?

Should the phone be in phone or file transfer mode when attached to my PC?

If you want to connect to setool you should turn of the phone and then follow what setool says.

Hi all,

Ive just tried this method to unlock my K800, and now when the phone boots up, it comes up with a error message which reads:

"Configuration error. Please contact your network operator or service centre"

Any ideas what could be causing this problem? Ive tried it twice and the same result happens. When I flash back to R1KG001 Generic firmware, the phone starts up fine (although is sim locked).
