Xulos: I've got a w850 as well. It tended to happen to me when flashing the main with XS++ and then applying the patch with SETool. This went away when I started doing it all in SETool. Worked in FAR as well.

aha so iv got to wait 2 months before i can attempt to unlock my phone... nice...
Played around with it on a friends k750, and worked fine. Got usb-smart but 15-30 minutes with flashing/reading codes compared to 2minutes patching it makes it a well worth tool.
Did you followed any tutorial? Try again following this one: How to apply patches with SETool2 Lite V1.11.
First reflash your phone, and make sure that it is working. Then unlock it following carefully that tutorial.
