There is a bug in my tool, and it is unable to generate patches from DB2020 CID49. But at the moment you cannot apply patches to DB2020 CID49 phones. So, first you need to update the EROM CID to 52. Use XS++ v3.x for this.
Then using CID52 firmware try again...

It depends what is with it, but you can try to reflash it completely. Here is the tutorial: XS++ 2.x Guide

needed to hold down 2 & 5 instead of the c button
