ok, so you put the quick access. Now you need to put the unlock patch generated by my tool:
First generate an unlock patch. Run my tool, select the MAIN firmware(K800_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_WI _RED52.mbn) and press Make patch button.
In SETool2 Lite select your phone type, tick 'Use "quick access" patch' checkbox, select the generated unlock patch(Remove_SIM_lock_K800_R8BA024.vkp) in Misc files and click Write SCRIPT button.

That is the quick access patch generator, and you already put it. My tool is Remove SIM-lock patch generatorI've been trying with qamaker that came with SeTool2.

Flashed my w850i with the the W850_R1KG001_MAIN_GENERIC_CY_RED52-ware and patched, but still getting "Inactive SIM."

I have no idea what is wrong with it, because that patch is working for other people. Maybe someone with more experience can help you...
