At the moment you cannot unlock it for free, even if you debrand it.

myebe you cannot unlock your mixed v630/w660 with patch...try to do with a "normal" main for v630...bdw it work correctly with my k550/w610...Meybe somethink is wrong with main w660 in v630 some incompatibles

There is something wrong because 5 hours are too much. I hope you backed up your GDFS. Do you use DCU-60 cable? Do you installed the USB flash driver that comes with SETool2 Lite v1.10/v1.11?
I think you can start again. If it doesn't works use jdflasher. Don't know why, but SETool2 Lite doesn't works for some people...

I am using the USB cable that came with the phone (DCU-60) I have the USB Flash drivers installed from a very long time ago (not the ones that come with SETool2 Lite v1.11, do I need to tick bypass db2020 security and use quick access patch? And how do I use jdflasher with far manager, I have opened it using alt+f2, but how do i apply the patch?

First install the USB flash driver what comes with SETool2 Lite v1.11, this can be the cause of failure, then read this tutorial: How to apply patches with SETool2 Lite V1.11. The jdflasher tutorial is here: Quick Tutorial | Using Jdflasher To Patch Db2020

No, there isn't any free tool that can apply patches to DB2010/DB2012 CID52 phones. Sorry...
