Remove SIM-lock patch generator

hyperion17 - I have watched the video tutorial and can't see anything different to what I am doing:

1. Firmware is at R8BA024
2. Using jdflasher have applied R8BA024 version of executor.b, and executor.jar and customize_upgrade.xml to TPA\Preset\Custom
3. Exit from jdflasher & disconnect phone
4. Start phone, navigate to Games - executor and press select to open. It just opens the text editor and nothing happens, no restart of phone etc

Should I flash the phone to a specific version first in order to run executor (relevant version for firmware)?

Hello mates, I did not unlock the phone, and i think that i broke it..:( but hey.. atleast he did not get mad at me . Just wanted to say thanks for trying to help me.

Many thanks, I wouldn't be able to do what I've needed to do without this thread & site.

Only comment I could make about the Sim-lock generator is that I wouldn't normally expect the output file created in a new folder in My Documents, maybe a folder within the one the Sim-lock app resides in.

Congratulations for saving your relationship! Your girlfriend should ask a compensation to the guy who unlocked it with executor, because he should delete it, or tell her about it. Anyway, she has now the latest firmware

hey..this info may help others who share the same difficulties as i did :D at first , following the tutorial i had no luck... the phone wasn't able to turn on after trying to apply the vkp patch . I had to flash main,fs and custom again with xss+ to get it working but the lock still existed... then i tryed flashing with setool2 only the main+ vkp patch selected as "misc" with the "bypass db2020...." feature activated and... IT WORKED :D now i can use any sim i want :D TY dude for this nice little software :D
