There are so many different firmwares I've not got a clue which to use.
I'm from Europe and I speak English anyway and erm my knowledge ends there.

So am I right in understanding that you have to download some firmware put it onto your phone flash it using the XS++ 3.1 before you can actually unlock the phone?

ps. I checked the phone and it said in the software info section

W810_R4AEA031_FS_EUROPE_2_RED49.fbn
and
W810_R4AEA031_MAIN_GENERIC_HN_RED49.mbn

Are these 2 files ok?
Would they work?
I read somewhere I need the fs file aswell as a main file so would these files be ok for generating an unlock patch?
