yes phil thanks thats what iv been trying to do...keep trying to get a full read out,i`ll try uninstalling and reinstalling the flash driver now see if that helps

im thinking maybe i should use an older version of xs++ to get the read out?

i clicked on identify then held down buttons 2 and 5 to try to get the read out that way...still nothing :(...i destined to fail on this i think phil lol

the gold pins on the bottom clean were u plug the usb cable in
take the battry out nad leave it a few mins b4 u retry and u are trying with the phone off

yeah the phones off..no sim card in it,im gonna clean the gold pins on the phone now,try anyway its hard to get into to clean it..small...and i took the battery out

give them a clean with some thing dry ie old tooth brush
