You are trying to put wrong .vkp to your phone (your phone have R1JC002 firmware, but you try to put .vkp for R8BA024)

weird, i performed all steps with the raba024.mbn and now it's r1jc002? anyways..i will try it.

okay it doesn't work, most probably coz i did it with the wrong firmware. i will flash it tomorrow with the r1jc002 firmware and then post whether it works or not.

it doesn't work. i flashed it with the r1jc002 mbn, it went well until i wanted to apply the patch (like before).
embedded bootloader -> embedded flashloader not responds!

the phone gets recognized as database and is booting and the display showing the usb-instructions. what do i need to do?

It is probably a driver problem. First reinstall the USB Flash Driver what comes with SETool2 Lite v1.11(it is important to use that driver). If the problem persists, then clean the phone's port, and the cable connectors. Also you can try other USB ports on your PC (without any hub).

    Re: Remove SIM-lock patch generator

Hrmpf, it does not work. I have tried all my USB Ports, the Cables are factory brand new. I am close to despair..:(
I will delete ggsemc.sys and ggflt.sys and try whether the automatic recognition works. still, i've tried it with the automatic mode but it wouldn't recognize the drivers.

damn i was so close

    _____
Don't get me wrong, I've read the usb flash installation guide..

Whatever I do, it makes no difference. Is there a Possibility to delete the Phone as Device from my PC System, causing the PC to recognize it as a new device and having to read and install the USB Flash Drivers from SETool aside from simply deleting the both files mentioned above?
I am asking because this is the onliest way of solving this issue i can figure out right now.

Follow the USB Flash Drive installation guide using the driver what comes with SETool2 Lite v1.11. The driver path is [SETool2 Lite v1.11]\drivers\USBFlash_driver\

    Re: Remove SIM-lock patch generator

Windows is persisting in use of the M$ driver (usbstor.sys) although i have performed the steps in the tutorial correctly. I have tried it on a different PC, and it didn't work either. I am sure that I have the correct files (r1jc002), the flashing went well, the branding is gone. It is simply all about the Patch..i don't know what I am doing wrong :(

Then try jdflasher to apply the patches instead of SETool2 Lite.

Thumbs down Re: Remove SIM-lock patch generator

Can you do a tutorial on removing DB2000 CID49 please or is it the same process as the DB2010 and DB2020 tutorials.

    Cheers

    Re: Remove SIM-lock patch generator

Hey, ive had a bit of a problem with setool2 and sim lock patch generator, ive used it 3 times before and its worked.. But yesterday i flashed my phone and it relocked my unlocked phone so i cant put my sim in it. I tried patch unlock and it said:

Starting to process VKP patch script: D:\Phone\Software\SIMLockPatchGen\vkp\Remove_SIM_l ock_K800_R8BF003.vkp
VKP script loaded OK. Lines: 6
Patch structure created OK. Determining blocks to read...
    New block #0000 added: $44740000
Blocks selected OK. Reading blocks: 1
Block @ $44740000 read error. Have only: 00000000 bytes
    Elapsed:25 secs.

now when i try and use setool2 to try again the phone keeps turning on while im holding C and connecting it! what can i do solve both of these issues.
    thanks in advance
