That is a GDFS backup, but you need a MAIN firmware. So download a proper MAIN firmware and try again. If you don't know what to download, then post an identify log...

Very good guide, worked first time, the only part I had problems with was the qamaker.exe, it kept getting deleted by the Virus software I use, easy fix turn it off :)
