Sometimes things go a bit wrong when you use XS++ specially the older versions ( the version 3.1 works fine though).

SEtool just puts automatically a rest file back to your phone and it usually does the trick unless the damage caused by XS++ was worse than usual.

If it doesnt repair it, at least it wont make it worse.

Anyhow if you are going to use XS++ in the future (i am using it always to delete and upload files to FS), use the version 3.1, it works like a charm with less bugs..

Don't be sceptical, many people had same problem (configuration error when phone started after flashing with xs++) and SETool fixed that. beto_nl is telling it right, I fixed my w700 doing same thing month ago :)
