well the thing is, I have w880i and I flashed it by using XS++.
I have chosen\
W880_R8BA024_FS_M_EAST_N_AFR_RED52.fbn
W880_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_AI_RED52.mbn

and as for the Custpack:

Generic_Turkey (CDA102719/116) (W880)

the process went OK

I then started the phone but it will say:
" inserst correct SIM card "
I've tried two different SIM card but still the same.

So I thought :rolleyes: I might chosen the wrong main an FS, so I went again and download another\

W880_R1JC002_FS_C_ASIA_RED52.fbn
W880_R1JC002_MAIN_GENERIC_AI_RED52.mbn

and still the same problem.
I even tried the\
W880_R1JC002_MAIN_VODAFONE_AI_RED52.mbn

But still

Any idea plzzzzzz??

My phone was unlocked before I flash it
so NO, I did not unlock through patch, and I don't know how?

Your phone was unlocked via patch, so you need to unlock it again, but there is no free solution yet for CID52 phones.

make sure your using the correct custpack, and it goes tpa/preset/custom, use xs++3.1, FSX to check it's in tpa/preset/custom.

cust pack wont make it simlock, only mayeb "configuration error" you must check if its only one lock of all 5 locks, if just one then sure your phone was patch unlocked previously

You Had Patch But Lost Throught Upgrade Software, Try Flash Back On With Patch

I get the same error the phone was on TMobile the flash went perfect i got my files from here paid and downloaded them but when i put my orange dim in it says Please insert correct sim

Can someone help please when i did my k800 with files from here it went great phone works on all networks so why dont this one thanks

You need to unlock your phone, because it was unlocked by patch, and due to reflashing the patch is gone.
To generate an unlock patch(download the latest version 2.1): Remove SIM-lock patch generator
Then follow this tutorial to apply the generated patch: How to apply patches with SETool2 Lite V1.11

Hey mate thanks for the reply i have tried to apply the patch and still get the Insert correct sim card message can anyone else help.

I have created patches with patch creator and also with the setool quick way aswell and phone still sim locked
