I have created patches with patch creator and also with the setool quick way aswell and phone still sim locked

Probably because you haven't put the unlock patch :)
So, in SETool2 Lite v1.11 select your phone model, check 'Use "quick access" patch', and apply the generated unlock patch(Remove_SIM_lock_XXXX_XXXXXXX.vkp). Here is how to do: How to apply patchs with Se Tool 2 Lite

must be locked! I wonder if the flashing you did can turn an unlocked phone into a locked one. Never heard such a thing though. Corrupt simcard? Try a sim which u know is working for sure.
