installing the usb flash drivers are very easy

take out the sim card and memory card (if you have one). do NOT open up a program like XS++ or any other phone program.

make sure the phone is off. hold down "c" on your phone, and with the dcu-60 usb cable, plug it into the phone.

your computer SHOULD detect it as a new device, and prompt you for the drivers. select that you will find the drivers yourself, browse to the directory where you saved the usb driver files, and then click ok, and let the computer do the rest.

the drivers should install fine, and then your phone will turn on into transfer mode. just use the "safely remove hardware" option, plug out your phone, and viola the drivers should be installed.

don't use the SEUS method. it does work, but SEUS has shown to conflict with some of the phone hacking programs (at least in the past)
