I think what you need is USB flah driver. Download it from here: http://www1.davinciteam.com/down.htm...lashDriver.zip

Extract its content to any convenient place in your hard. Turn off your phone, remove the battery, reinsert the battery, press the C button then insert your DCU-60 cable. When prompted by windows for the driver, point it to the place where you extracted the file that you've downloaded. Just follow the next series on instructions.

After that you may now use your XS++ to identify, flash, customize and upload any customizations that you have. Cheers!
