First error is you are trying to flash a zip file, unpack it and try again, if the second error is the unpacked one you cant use it because its an encoded file.

.bin should be OK, you don't need to convert it to anything

Wrecked phone can be repaired with service cable i think :) With DCU60 there is no way back if you mess up the gdfs or what...
