Well since everyone is pushing the idea that it isn't an animated theme, the only sure way you can check it is to open the theme up using like Sony Ericsson Themes Creator or some other theme creating program. If in the Display box where it shows you what your theme is suppose to look like and it does move, then its an issue with your phone and not with the theme being animated. If it doesn't move, then its as simple as your wallpaper isn't an animated one. Try checking it first and let us know if it actually is animated or not

I think Orange have just disabled the option for theme wallpaper.

Still won't move.
