xs 3 cant realy patch but it can write gdfs scripts ex: unlock phone via gdfs script(kinda dangereaus back up first) anyway if u want to aply some patches on cid's >49 use setool2lite 1.08...

You Can Patch. Download XS++ 1.6.8 Beta From 4shared.com - online file sharing and storage - download XS++ V.1.6.8.rar
Put Your Patches In A Folder files_to_upload In XS Directory.
Then Click Setting And Select Settings>BreakXS.
Then Click FSX And Press Start FSX.
You Are Done. It Will Definately Work.
I Have Made Numerous Patches Via This Method.
