Help with w800 camera

hi everyone!!!

I have a problem with my w800i cam.

When i want to take a picture, my cellphone reboot, or goes to the main menu.
And sometimes when i go to the camera, it has green lines shuffling, after 10 seconds more or less, the camera appears to be normal, but i take the picture and it goes back to the main menu and the pic its not saved.

Help me please!!!:(:(

when i have serious problems with my problems, I'm flashing my phone and setting the newest file system as exist. maybe it's not necessary, but always hepl

Not sure if you had teh same problem as I did. My phone had a short in it after installing a modified backplate. Repositioning the camera made the difference and it hasn't rebooted since.

yes, that's right. on teh problem software can't help. but firstly can try to do it.

have you dropped your phone lately or have you been messing around with modifications?

it's either a bug or a hardware issue.

seems like a hardware problem u should check the camera module, check everything is connected properly if u still have warrety take it to a se service centre and have the cam module replaced
