R1BD001 is the latest. You are up to date. As for changing your CID from 36 to 49, you don't need it and it can't be done.

as for me, SEUS updated firmware on my k750i even if it was up-to-date. It said me, that I had the latest firmware, and I clicked on it to update anyway.... several times it rescued my phone after unsuccessful upload of camera driver :D

well i know in W810i you know when a firmware is newer than the one you have when the letters are further down the the alphabet... let me see if i can clear myself up

let's compare 2 W810i Main (should be the same way to check firmware in W800i, etc.)
let's say i have R4DB005 Main and i want to upgrade to R4EA031 Main. how do i know it's newer??? because the 1st Main is R4D and the 2nd Main is R4E which means R4EA031 is newer than R4DB005

this is beta firmware, released for polish operator PLUS. the latest one for w800 is R1BC002;)

R1DB001 is the new firmware and it has patches released too and is readily available in top sony download section. Please read tutorials for flashing, in top sony forum else u mess with your phone.
