You can try to delete the games with Far Manager etc. from \tpa\preset\system\ams\ folder. Each java application belongs to 4 files.
Example(FaceWarp app.):
- FaceWarp,
- FaceWarp.jad,
- FaceWarp.jar, and
- j21f8296058e8b6b5f9caff08829a4099d1caa6dd.b(this is not a joke :D) - I think this file contains the application settings. If you open with a text editor(must open in UNICODE format) you will see the application name in it somewhere in start of file(ex.: fonbFaceWarpJavaktgpcluhqdmierajsworkWarpCanv).
I think the best is to delete all the files from \tpa\preset\system\ams\ folder, then reinstall what you need. In this way you will delete all java applications, no matter if it is a game or something else.
