w580i contacts problem

not sure wether this is the right forum:
after i debranded my w580i with the right Main, FS and cust pack, in my call lists, the calls are no longer with the name from my contacts but just with the phonenumber, meaning the call list doesn't show the name anymore like before...and i have no idea where this comes from. Maybe someone can help me ith that issue???

Sory to say, but your contact list is gone forever, because you reflashed the FS(file system), and the contact list is stored there. But if you have a backup copy on your computer, SIM-card, network operator, etc. then you can restore from there...

oh, don't have to be sorry, i must be sorry, coz i forgot: i backuped everything with MyPhoneExplorer of course and restored my contacts, meaning i have my old contact list on the phone...but still, it displays just the phonenumber which calls, not the contact's name like it used to do...i think that it is linked with the PhoneExplorer backup but i am not sure

What f/w did you flash to? I had to downgrade my w580i to make the phone show the contact names. Also the newest R8BA024 seems to fix this problem.

Im having the same problem on my w550i now,whenever i receive a call,only number shows like its not stored,after i flashed my main and fs files everything was gone except contact list,and now i dont know how to solve this.

Edit:
I've backed up contact lists now then erased them all from my phone and restored them back.Working fine now,problem solved. :)

There is faster way to make a backup copy:
Contacts>More>Options>Advanced>Back up to M.S.(Restore from M.S.)
