Unlock/Change IMEI on W810 SEMCTool v8.4?

Hi,
I've been readin a lot of posts and I really didn't find my answer. Can I unlock and change IMEI on a w810 with a Cruiser Cable with SEMCTool v8.4? If not, which software? And I would like the software to be free or something, cause I only use SEKINGSERVER.

I'm aware of that. I bought the phone on eBAY, and the seller didn't mention anything that it was barred:/, and the he doesn't answer my emails either, so should I just drop it in the trashes? Hell no.

i dont think there is a free soft to change ur imei,
much better look for someone that can service your phone.
coz if you want to use semc v8.4 cracked
there a posibility that that youll gonna damage your phone.

which countries is it NOT illegal to change IMEI? i thought this was true in ALL countries. And NEVER buy a phone off ebay!

NO FREE IMEI CHANGE!!! Go to repair center and pay for the service. I think it's not to expensive.
