Here is the tip to backup contact on memory card.
hit Contacts>Options>Advanced>Back Up to M.S
This fuction help you easily to backup and restore your contacts info if something happen to your phone.

If you have Bluetooth adapter can Back up on PC all contacts with pic and other info.
Contacts > Options > Advanced > Send all contacts > via Bluetooth > your PC
Then you have received file -> Whole Phonebook.vcf
Returns is easy -> just send from PC Whole Phonebook.vcf via Bluetooth to phone and again have all contacts with pic ;)

You can also backup contacts via USB using myPhoneExplorer.

synchronize your phone to pc if your phone does not have backup option to card
