what's difference between R6BC002_RED52 and R1EG001_RED52 main??? in k790

R6BC002 is the newest one.

R1EG001 is an old firmware, it was released in Wotan server at 10/10/06. It has got a lot of bugs...

it's proboably for diffrent types of the phone. i had problem with my k750i. only one type of firmware can work with the phone

There only two differences. btw, R6BC002 is fastest than R1EG001 ;)

my main is R1EG001_RED49 and i have many problems with java, i'll update to R1EG001_RED52 but i need to wait 2 months cus i'm a new user here... and i think to update to R6BC002_RED52 but i'm afraid if my phone doesn't work... with this main R6BC002_RED52 work in any area? I`m from Brazil....

so you can flash any firmware to your phone, if it has same cid and colour

Different firmwares are available for different phones even with same CID and color. Exception is there that phone should also have similar hardware, like k800 can be flashed to k810, S500 can be flashed with w580 firmware. But for few like k800 can be flashed to w880 but with some bugs as hardware is different but CID and color will be same.
