Dead K800i - Help Please

Hi people.

my trusty K800i has decided to go in the huff after a year of good service!

When turning on it has the White Screen Of Death.
Sometimes when you put the battery in the red light at the camera comes on or the flash starts flashing repeatedly.

Have tried using the Wotan Software and pressing 2&5 etc. Done this but it seemed to fail.

Got the XS++ software but not sure what to do now.

p.s This is a contract phone which was allegedly insured - only found out that the dealer had swapped the sim from another phone and hence invalidated my insurance :mad:

any help or suggestions are appreciated.

I would be willing to pay for the downloads if i knew exactly which ones to get! :confused:
