I think the fastport connector of your phone is dirty. Clean it with contact cleaner spray or isoproyl alchool (you can use sanitary alchool too). For me it works every time...

@simox I bought the phone about 3 weeks ago..also when Look it looks so bright and clean...

when I cleaned it just the times that the pc do nothing dicreases and the unknown device pop up times increases nothing else... I'm waiting for your helps...thanks...
