Please!! need help with my W550, PC doesnt recognise

Ive seen through the forum and i am familiar with flashing my phone, i have both xs++ and SETools 2 Lite, but when i get to the part where it says hold C and connect, the screen just stays white and my pc does not have any reaction,basically my pc doesn't "see" my W550. Im not sure if i am doing the right thing, please anyone help, it would even be better and much easier if anyone wants to help by msn or skype.

Have you installed the USB-Flashdrivers?

you have to turn off your phone, before connecting it to your PC.

1. Turn Off Your phone, disconnect the cable
2. start the program, proceed to place, where it says to hold C
3. Press and Hold "C"
4. Connect the cable.

i know how to do that, i have downloaded 2 usb drivers for my w550, but i placed them on my desktop, is that ok? so basically i need help in making my computer recognize my cell. any suggestions?

nothings happening rite now, do i have to restart pc or smthn to work? and do ihave to keep holding the c button? can u give me ur msn, so it would be easier?

ok so when i check my device manager, there are 2 unknown devices, 1 multimedia audio controller, 2 PCI simple communications controller

Turn off phone and wait 30 sec.
Start XS and click Connect , hold "C" then connect with USB cable.

Check This Step By Step
1. Check Your Battry Fully Charged.
2. Check Your USB Cable.
3. First One Time Take Out Battry And Replace it.
4. Hold C Botton And Connect The USB Cable.
5.Go To Control Panel --> System --> Device Manager
6. Find USB Bus Controller
7. Right Click On New USB Flash Device (Maybe Unknown Device) Finded And Click Update Driver
8. Then Browse Your USB FLASH Driver On your Computer And Install It.
9. Now You Can Flash Your Phone !!!
