far manager not connecting

i really cant connect my phone with far manager!!! anybody can teach me clearly?
step by step... 1st wat i gotta to do ??? any tips ?

What exactly you need to do with Far manager? If you just need to push in new files try using XS++ or SEToolLite they are pretty easy to use....
