lol that post looks familiar. now since you say your phone is flashed to a k530, im going to assume your phone is a cid 52. Now you can deffinitly add the romanian language that way, but from my understanding of the newer cid phones, copying the files back from the phone to your comp to edit them are a little bit more tricky and i haven't updated the tut yet (haven't had the time) to include those extra steps, so i would suggest that since your looking for just one specific language and not a mixture of random languages that are not included in any one specific firmware, that you should just flash your phone with a new firmware. Now this is where i would normally suggest to look on the languages description page, but it isn't updated with your specific phone, so as an educated guess i would suggest either MEDITERR, ORANGE_GEN, or VFE_LIVE_3 as the FS to flash with.
