CID52 unlocking: Free by patch if you own Cruiser or SE Tool full.
Patch unlocking solutions: Cruiser D-Client, Kulankendi, DaVinciTeam (prices about 10-15€)
Full unlocking via DaVinci (50€) or with Cruiser or SE Tool (logs needed).

Well, here in Holland, you just go to one of many little shops that unlock almost any SE phone for 10 euros...competition will push down the price for 5 euros i'm sure...
