W800i camera trouble

Hi all I have my old W800 who won't let me acces de camera mode ? try many things such as Flashing install new and old cam driver changing for a new camera and ribon but nothing gives me satisfaction.
so I was wondering if you have the same problem or knows how to solve it.
Every time I want to acces de camera mode it just freese for 30 second then show me the display asked with a black screen and juste go back to main menu.
So impossible to make picture
It may come from the main board I'm not sur any help would be very appreciate.

Maybe the camera lens-switch has snapped off? Mine did when i changed a cover on a k750 to w800. Have you tried changing the current camera, and using it in another phone, to really see if it's broken? Otherwise, the contact areas on the card may be broken (or dirty if you're lucky).

Flash phone with other FW (not the same you have) and check. Maybe it help.

This may be to do with a broken ribbon cable. When the phone tries to start the camera. it can't find it and it shuts down.

At first I think it was the ribbon but its not I try already if its the ribbon it comes back quickly to the menu but it freese for a couple of second on menu and then black and back to menu again.
I already flash once with other firmware but still the same I think I'm going to check around the contact area on the card might be broken or dirty I'll come back for news if I fix it.

Open your phone and check the camera connector. It maybe unplugged.

You have already updated it in SEUS but still the same problem arises. It may be probably in the hardware itself. Maybe the camera hatch cover beneath the body is the 1 giving it a problem. If the same issue occurs I prefer that the camera module should be changed. It is quite expensive here in our country. I have a W800i but no problems so far the camera is working fine...
