avc level of vedio

According to me K790 ( I have a K800i, dont think there will be much of a difference) supports MP4 with h.263 but not h.264.
The new SE phones might be having this support. Regarding the AVC level, download any video that plays well in your phone and use tool such as GSpot and MeGui to find out the AVC level.

MeGui etc does not give support to see the avc level of video,these softwares can be only used to conver video with specific avc level.I am using meGui and i want to conver video with meGui as it give maximum quality with less size but i need to know the avc level with which it can be played on my phone(k790i).
