Please!! need help with my W550, PC doesnt recognise

i know how to do that, i have downloaded 2 usb drivers for my w550, but i placed them on my desktop, is that ok? so basically i need help in making my computer recognize my cell. any suggestions?

2. Hold "C" and connect with USB , then click :

nothings happening rite now, do i have to restart pc or smthn to work? and do ihave to keep holding the c button? can u give me ur msn, so it would be easier?

ok so when i check my device manager, there are 2 unknown devices, 1 multimedia audio controller, 2 PCI simple communications controller

Turn off phone and wait 30 sec.
Start XS and click Connect , hold "C" then connect with USB cable.

Check This Step By Step
1. Check Your Battry Fully Charged.
2. Check Your USB Cable.
3. First One Time Take Out Battry And Replace it.
4. Hold C Botton And Connect The USB Cable.
5.Go To Control Panel --> System --> Device Manager
6. Find USB Bus Controller
7. Right Click On New USB Flash Device (Maybe Unknown Device) Finded And Click Update Driver
8. Then Browse Your USB FLASH Driver On your Computer And Install It.
9. Now You Can Flash Your Phone !!!

make sure u Take Out Battry for a few secs And then Put it back in it, check ur cable is pluged in properly, and connect holding down C

Try copying it into Windows\System32 and also try after removing battery and putting it back....
