My w810i went mad.screen goes on and off all the time,and I think its white screen of death.what should i do?
I have downloaded far,xs++,setool.

Well, first of all you should be so kind and tell us a bit about what you have been doing with your phone.. Have you flashed it? What files have you used? And so on...


Sorry, i just realised.. Your account says "recien iniciado" so i presume you haven't done any of that...
And by the sound of it, it seams that you might need to learn 'how to'... So, just be patient, read on, and take it in small steps...

Or, of course, there is allways the other option for getting your phone 'in a good mood' again: a local service center...

if you haven't done any flashing to your phone contact the provider or the manufacture. they might be able to assist you get you phone working again.

Only thing that I done on my phone is changing icons in menu.But i done that few months ago,and it worked just well.i inserted pictures with hy res. to transfer them from my friend on my comp.but my brother opened them and the phone freeze.then i took out batery and when tried to restart the phone,wsod.

just like to remind people that SE offer a TWO year warranty. I say have a go at flashing it yourself. the WSOD is easily cured!

maybe before flashing u re phone try with seus update or look if u had virus doig scan in y re computer
