zloxxx if you want to use the same firmware as before you need to download W810_R4CE012_MAIN_GENERIC_HN_RED49 from Downloads - R4CE012_RED49 - W810_R4CE012_MAIN_GENERIC_HN_RED49 - Top Sony Forums and W810_R4CE012_FS_EUROPE_2_RED49 from Downloads - R4CE012_RED49 - W810_R4CE012_FS_EUROPE_2_RED49 - Top Sony Forums custom pack is probably not needed because xs has built in custom packs.
