Why camera quality is so bad?

It's normal AFAICT. You can't expect much high quality from a cell phone, even it's marked 3m pixel. It won't be the same as a 3MP dedicated camera. There are other things such as the sensor size, that will affect picture quality.

Under normal light the picture must be perfect. but undet night mode the quality might down.
