oj3408, i am maybe a little late but do you have the drivers installed? just plug your phone via usb in, without holding the c button...it should be autodetected and the drivers should install themselves...

How to install driver for my SE mobile usb cable (my cell is w580i)? I try to find the driver in SE website but I don't find it. May you please show me how to it?
