I did everything you guys mention here, all I got in the end it's a screen that says "insert correct SIM card", what did I do wrong?, how can I fix it?, please help! I have a w580i

I am brand new to debranding and all this. I live in Canada and I am with Rogers. I know that I want to debrand it but I am really nervous I am going to screw up. I dont understand what xs++ is or any of the other terms. Can someone please lead me in the right direction and tell me exactly what I need to do? I have seen some of the tuts but then I see these codes with them and it confuses me even more!! lol
I see some of these posts are from the end of last year, I hope some people can still help me!
