debranding means removing simlocks that don't allow to use your phone with different operators

You are talking about unlocking a phone. There are different threads int he forum discussing that topic.

We are talking about debranding a phone, which means to remove all of the crap and restrictions set in the phone by certain providers by setting the firmware back to factory settings that sony would have setup.
