hello, i want to ask if there is a way to enable the "read user data" and the "write user data" option of applications such that I can just set to "Ask once"?

You need to sign your application with a certificate.
You can do this with the Halmer certificate.
For more information look here: http://forums.se-nse.net/index.php?showtopic=8721

Also, if you have a K750/W800, you can download a patch from here that removes these messages ;)

Yeah it's very annoying. The "remova java restrictions" patch works fine with W800 R1BC002. I had the same problem with my K800, but SE has added the "write user data" options since the K800 R1KG001 firmware so no more need for patches now.
