i tried to flash my w580i and everything went well (i think)
but then i finished n i turn on the phone and it says "configuration error, please contact your network operator or service centre."

what should i do now??

did you flash the custpack before you turn on the phone?

i didn't...i forgot to do the custpack step XP
so once i do the custpack step everything should work??

All right i went through the flashing again and this time i applied the custpack and now it works perfectly, so thanx for all the replys......

one last question what is the little "E" on top of the signal bars??? it only showed up after i flashed the phone!!
