hey changing battery image is totally possible !!
you got patch your phone

first up download the ImgTool db2020 from mobile free russia
then main2raw to get raw of your main
then open raw in Img Tool thing.

Find your battery icon. Replace it ! generate the patch with it.
apply patch with Setool 2 lite 1.11 !!
