Issue in debranding

i just checked my w580i with the check and it said


:Personalized with MNC3.. (what does that mean>?)

then the menu options were:
Network: (locked)
Network subset: (unlocked)
SP: (unlocked)
Corporate: (unlocked)

Network subset: (unlocked)
SP: (unlocked)
Corporate: (unlocked)

Basically it means that your phone is locked (Network: locked). You need to get it unlocked if you plan to use with any other SIM card other than your current provider.
