Also, you must know that updating your phone's firmware will also update your cid and your phone will be locked back.

the patch unlock is a free and easy method to unlock your phone, altho it must be remembered that its NOT permanent. If you reflash then the phone will be relocked and youll have to patch it. Updating your firmware doesnt necessarily mean that the CID is updated, altho I think SEUS will do it automatically.
