U can check CID by this procedure:
1. Turn off phone
2. Turn on phone
3. Insert PIN
4. use key combination: >*<<*<*
5. go to firm info section
6. If you could not enter to sevrice menu, remove Sim card

If you don't know what means the numbers shown in firm info menu you should use FARmanager or XS++ and USB cable provided with phone to check CID.

There will be two CID numbers OTP CID and Flash CID. Both are important. Your CID is the higher number (Flash CID probably is higher and most important).

You need to know what is COLOUR of your firmware. ( RED I supose)
